Audit

The audit trail is one chain of events across every batch. Only hashes and ids go to the public ledger; evidence documents and personal data stay in the system.

Open a batch and its Audit tab to read its events. The check below covers the whole chain.

Check against the public ledger

Recomputes the hash of every audit event, walks the chain from the first event, and compares it with the hashes published on the ledger. A gap, a reordered event or a foreign message is reported.
